Model house, for solidarity project
The hacienda of Kribi is a crazy idea to create a link of interest with Africa. To symbolize all this is to participate in building a house.

- A construction site giving work to young entrepreneurs
- A project giving an interest in life on site,
- A contribution more on solidarity than on the use of the good.
- Your contribution allows you to participate in the construction of a hacienda 330 m2, with 6 hotel-style rooms and large common living spaces in a seaside town on the Atlantic Ocean on the Central African side.
- the height of the contribution does not matter, it is the participation in the project, the adherence to the idea that matters.
The origins
A positively cumbersome generosity
In 2013 my nephew Félix, offers us a plot of 560 m2 in Kribi. His intention to say thank you to his wife's uncle? I admit I took a while to understand. Indeed Pascale and I have for years accompanied the nieces and nephews for their studies. Interesting gesture but cumbersome gift. The idea of being able to make it a place of convergence of cultures, people and generations then germinates.
The subject is not absolutely to go there, but to be concerned by what happens there. Few of us have travel interests, but a very large number since 1987 have been concerned with the people, the culture, what happens and plays out…there
A beautiful family and concerned and involved friends
René and Marie my in-laws have done a lot to improve and understand the life of the people of the village, our children with their masters and mistresses have participated in raising awareness in the schools of France of solidarity between schoolchildren of the World. Close and less close friends are committed to supporting with their donations in kind and more during our travels.
2016 the administrative procedures are right for our lack of desire to be owners
2018 chance encounters, Jean-Moïse, my doctor nephew, tells us the name of a hotel whose owner sells land in Kribi. The contact is good and the virus takes the path of a challenge: to create a House of convergences with family and friends. The problem? how with what funding?
Before the financing there is the idea: it seems essential to me, it is the idea that took time to convince us, the financing made us reasonable, but the aim encourages us.

2022
december new momentum for the project, 27 people tread 1039 m2 place which should see sprouting in 15 months the hacienda of friends and the big family. We materialize the project, its aim, its spirit and its still unknown ramifications. Signature of the agreement with the contractor total budget 110,000 euros. We guarantee 60% from budget to startup, we have 15 months to find 40%. No obligation, adherence to the philosophy of the project is already a huge participation and encouragement for us.
1st blows of the pickaxe, the 1time tranche has been launched since Thursday, January 19.
